My passion is to help runners find their mojo. It doesn't matter where you are now, with my help, you are going to work hard and go further and faster!
I've run numerous squads through Dynamic Running over the past few years, and many running clinics helping runners with their technique.
I'm an ultra runner and have completed the Comrades Marathon 4 times and the 3 Marathons in 3 Days 10 times. I've also done UTA 100, Blackall 100 and many other ultra races, including the Scottish 400km, 8-day staged race, Cape Wrath Ultra.
My biggest compliment is when someone says to me (and they do!), 'If you can do it, I can do it too.'

By helping each other and we travel a long way together.
At our Tuesday sessions we do drills and speed work: intervals or hills. This is the hardest session of the week.
On Thursdays we do tempo running at race pace.
Sundays are for long runs. We join other Dynamic Running member for these sessions.
